“The man who removes the largest mountain, begins by carrying away small stones.” Chinese Proverb

“Winning starts in the heart, it moves to the mind, and next thing you know, all others are behind. You are the victor, you knew you could, you did not question – if you should. Now, you’re filled with joy, you earned your pride, because your light within – you did not hide.” The Winner’s Traits by Jessica Lambert.

From Inspired Thought to Cars and Yachts

Very rarely, if ever, does someone go from thinking of a great business idea, or setting a new personal goal, and achieve it that week.

While most people accept the universal truth, that we must crawl before we walk, and walk before we run… then, why do we expect infant ideas and goals to have Olympian speed legs?

What if I told you that after more than 20 years of personal and professional development work with entrepreneurs, recording artists, non-profit organizations, and even fortune 500 companies… I have seen that they all face the same reality, they all started at the same point, the beginning. It have also noticed that the once who slow down in the beginning to get it right, speed up later on – accelerating their success.

Success is not a sprint… at first!

How Do You Enjoy a Life of Consistent Wins?

“The key to realizing a dream is to focus not on success, but significance – and then even the small steps and little victories along your path will take on greater meaning.”

10 Success Tips that Will Help You Transition from Baby Steps to Big Boss Moves

Step 1. Take a Stand

They say there is nothing more attractive than a “man with a plan.” The first step in achieving your personal and professionals is to state your goal.

Take a stand, say I want THIS, and then, start working on making it happen.

Step 2. Take the First Step

Ask yourself “what is the first step I must take to achieve my goal,” then take that step.

Step 3. Celebrate

Yep, it’s already time to celebrate.

Listen, we are not ordinary people here at Blessed Vibez, we are extrodinary.

We take every opportunity to celebrate our wins big and small.

Taking a first step is a BIG DEAL. Heck, knowing what you actually want, and standing for it is a big deal.

We are only on step 3 and we are already proud of you… keep going, but first PARRRTY!

Step 4. Adopt a Self-Mastery Mindset

A self-mastery mindset is one that is constantly seeking to learn, grow, and improve. You know your purpose and have the discipline needed to do things in a deliberate, focused, and honorable way.

Someone who has significantly worked on mastering themselves has good control of their emotions, impulses, and actions.

You are also strongly committed to your calling and are not stopped by the opinions of others.

Step 5. Adopt a Success Lifestyle

A success lifestyle means you are committed to developing the mindset and habits that will help further your goals. This could mean balancing your work, wellness, and personal life, or strengthening your self-discipline, or even getting more organized. It could even mean waking up early – say it isn’t so.

By making success your lifestyle you do not have to think about what you need in order to be successful, because of your lifestyle you will start to see that you just ARE successful and that is an amazing hat trick if I do say so myself. Try this life-hack it really is effective.

6. Choose the Right Calling

One might think that choosing the right calling should be number one on this list of steps, however, without self-discipline, courage, connection to oneself that inspires one build a lifestyle of success – you may not know yourself the way you do now. You must know yourself to do the deep internal evaluation needed at this stage. You would also not have embarked on what you thought your calling or your desired change was and so you would not have experience to weigh how you feel

Now is when you check in with self. You ask yourself if you like the path you are on. Is that goal still the goal you feel passionate about?

Write down your WHY and re-commit to you. If you still are dedicated to your goal at this stage, it is a keeper.

This is a very necessary step because it sets you up for success when faced with dealing with the next two steps.

7. Sidestep Haters

Yes, the dreaded hater. They lurk in dark corners on the internet, they troll social media and comment crazy stuff, they slip into your DMs and make you click BLOCK – haters suck. While those form of haters are definitely annoying, and can weight on your mental health if you take them too seriously (please ignore them, it’s them not you).

The haters who really hurt are the ones that come in the form of a friend, a family member, a team member. It’s the people who we believe are supposed to love us, care about us, want the best for us who show up and create self-doubt. Perhaps it’s intentional, or perhaps it is not, either way, the impact is the same, they are not able to see your vision, they do not support your goal, and if you allow them, they will make sure you do not support your own goal too.

With these people the first thing you need to do is name it. Say I see you do not share my vision and that is okay, because this is my vision and I do not expect you to understand it, I would like if you supported it, but I don’t need your support in order to go after my true calling. I am dedicated to doing what I know is right for me.

See how searching your soul in Step 6 came in handy. When you have an unwavering conviction for what you know is your calling. When you are firm in your commitment to self, the naysayers are dimmed in comparison to your confident bright light. Shine my friend, shine!

“You have been designed for unique greatness. You are exactly what the world needs – if only you dare to tap into and manifest the real YOU!” Jessica Vibez

8. Stand Proudly in Your Truth

Now that you have committed, and recommitted to yourself, and told the haters stand down, it is important to beware of the most dangerous hater of them all.

The most dangerous hater is you.

Negative self-talk can seep in, even after the haters have stopped hating. You may find that you are playing old messages as far back as to childhood. These messages may say you can not do it, you are not good enough, you won’t succeed; but these messages are liars.

List them on paper, then dispel every one of them. You can’t do it – YES I CAN and I WILL, I’M DOING IT NOW! You never succeed, YES I DO, I JUST CELEBRATED A WIN IN STEP 3, I’M A BOSS.

The truth is, sometimes YOU need to put YOU in YOUR place! When you think about it, you will realize those messages are not coming from you, they are an old recorder of other peoples’ voices stuck on play. Turn it off, turn it off…because you have a mission to fulfill.

9. Burn All Bridges Behind You

When you commit to your goal, you are forsaking all other plans for plan A. A as in Authentic. This is the goal you connected to within to find. This goal came from your DNA. It is authentic, and for that reason alone, it is thee goal you should focus on. Plan B is there to boast how much butter he is, but it’s a lie. Plan C is there to con you away from your authentic calling – don’t listen. Plan D will lure you in then drown you in regret for abandoning and giving up on plan A.

Stick with the winner. Master your mindset and adopt a success lifestyle and see how amazing you feel, you will never want to leave A for any other plan.

10. Never Give Up!

You my friend, have transitioned from sitting, to standing; from standing to taking a first step; from stepping to strutting; from strutting to sprinting. You are on fire. Now is not the time to give up. In fact, when you are connected to your authentic self, you are going divine work that serves the world. Your goals may seem like they just impact you, but you are an inspiration for many.

Keep growing, learning, refining, and shining. You really do go this!
